    Great but can be better

    Item was great! My partner and I enjoyed it !The issues we had is that it unable to operate far and also sometime even you off the remote , the vibrator is still vibrating. It is still a great product especially the vibration is really strong!

    Good product but kind of faulty

    My partner and I enjoyed using the product at first. However, after using it for a few times, the button on the remote became faulty and we could not change the functions or speed or even switch it off. Is it possible to exchange the remote? We understand that it is under warranty but it is too troublesome to send it to the US for repairs.
